Gosh, there sure were a lot of people duped into moving to California on the promise of riches in olden times. Glad it's not like that any more ... ah! Wait a minute ... Hmmm, anyone planning to move to California and thinking $100000/year sounds like a lot of money should check-out a realtor before they sign anything binding.
